2. Warranty and Returns

2.1 Faulty Items

If a product is faulty within the warranty period, contact us at 0408 371 665 or info@km-archery.com.au to request a return.
Return shipping to KM Archery is at the buyer’s expense.
The warranty does not cover labor costs for repair or replacement.
Return shipping from KM Archery to the buyer is also at the buyer’s expense.
Warranty is covered according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

2.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive incorrect goods, you must notify KM Archery within 7 days of receiving the goods. After this period, it is assumed you received the correct items.
This policy ensures items lost by the receiver are not claimed twice.

3. Limitation of Liability

KM Archery is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the faulty goods or the refund of the purchase price.

4. Changes to Terms & Conditions

KM Archery reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

5. Pricing Errors / Cancellation and Refund

KM Archery reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your payment under exceptional circumstances. This is very rare.
