Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the Checkout process.

Shipping Options 

We offer shipping via Australia Post or aramex.
For extremely large items such as targets, shipping will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the quoted price from the website may not reflect the actual price. Large couriers not typically offered, such as aramex etc.

Customer Service

We offer Customer Service over the phone and are committed to responding to emails the same day – usually within hours during our Hours of Operation.

Shipping Charge Adjustments

While we make every effort to ensure our shipping rates are accurate, there may be slight issues with the new system. If the rate you are quoted is incorrect, either too high or too low, we will contact you and advise of any changes. You will have the ability to cancel your order at this stage if you are not completely happy with these changes.
Shipping charges are based approximately on our actual freight cost.

Limitation of Liability

KM Archery is not accountable for any direct or indirect damages caused during transport to and from our distribution center.

Delivery Time Policy

In Stock Items: For items that are in stock, the delivery time is estimated to be between 10 to 15 days.
Out of Stock Items: For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is estimated to be between 30 to 45 days from the manufacturer.

Important Notes:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing times, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified if an item is out of stock and provided with an updated delivery time frame.
